Crush the plastic film into small sizes. During the crushing process, clean the material with water and cool the blades. This crusher processes large pieces of material into small pieces, improving the washing effect and making the final product easy to package.

Floating Washer Tank In Plastic Recycling Washing Line

The tension of the filter belt is realized by inflating the air cylinder, so that the whole filter belt maintains a constant tension.At the same time, it will not cause the change of tension due to the change of feeding quantity, so it is convenient to operate and manage.The filter press is equipped with an air pressure control system which automatically detects the position of the filter belt on the press roller and automatically corrects the deviation.
